Soothe your ears and your soul with some top-notch jazz tonight (and every Friday). Check out the HARMONIA JAZZ WORKSHOP at the Budapest Jazz Club at 8.30 p.m. on Friday 6th MARCH 2009, which proudly presents ZOLTAN LANTOS' MIRRORWORLD.
Here's what the organizers tell us:
"Violinist ZOLTAN LANTOS possesses a totally individual sound. It's not just the tone of his violin but the magic mix that comes from his Hungarian heritage, his classical training, his devotion to jazz and from the nine years he spent in India teaching European and learning Indian music. When he played in London with saxophonist Iain Ballamy and that master of the synthesizer, Gary Husband, people were sitting outside the hall in the staircase listening spellbound to the music."
Order tickets by e-mail: info AT bjc.hu or by phone: 06 70 4139837 (weekdays between 1000 and 1500 hours).
