Can You Feel it?

The Sziget Festival is almost here. In connection with that, Budacast has randomly chosen from our Sziget Six submissions and miraculously we've come up with 10 winners. It wasn't easy. Click 'read more' for more.

Congratulations to our Sziget Six contest winners, a mix of Hungarians and those visiting/living here!

Although we received more submissions than we ever could have imagined - and it took us a long time to go through them - we were forced to use the tried and trusted "hat trick" to choose the winners.

Here are the questions and answers:

1. Who is the member of the Sex Pistols that will definitely not be coming to Budapest's Sziget Festival?
- Sid Vicious
2. Here are the words to a song from a band appearing at Sziget: "I thought that I heard you laughing, I thought that I heard you say, I think I thought I saw you cry." Name the song and the band.
- R.E.M. 'Losing My Religion'
3. What is the name of Hungary's most famous traditional folk band who will appear at Sziget on August 16?
- Muzsikás
4. Name the female singer that will appear at Sziget whose background is Hungarian.
- Alanis Morrisette
5. The lead singer of the Hungarian band Kiscsillag, which will appear on August 13 at the A38 Stage, is also a member of what famous alternative band?
- Kispál és a Borz (Lovasi András)
6. What is the name of the famous Bosnian composer whose Wedding and Funeral Band will appear at Sziget on 16 August?
- Goran Bregović

It turns out our quiz questions were not as easy as we thought. Some got an answer or two WRONG! But thanks for trying, thanks for listening and thanks for playing.

For those of you who didn't win, just read about some of our experiences at the Sziget in the comments on the right-hand side of Budacast - perhaps they will inspire you to dig deep into your pockets to buy a ticket.

We hope to see you there!

Stay tuned,

Uncle Drew
