Treasures of Tokaj

A comment in an e-mail I recently received from a childhood friend about his trip to Hungary in 1992 struck a chord with me. "We also went to Eger, where the wine sucks but it's only a dime a glass. I was hung over for a week," he reminisced.

Well, the times, and the wine, have changed.

To tell us about the wonderful tastes of another Hungarian wine region, Tokaj, we chat with wine expert David Copp, who has just published a book called Tokaj, a companion for the bibulous traveler.
