First of all you need to subscribe to podcasts. After downloading Juice you can go to the 'Podcast directory' tab which links up to different podcast portals. When you click on one of those (below the 'Directory' folder) they reveal different categories of podcasts which cover different subjects like 'technology', 'travel' or even 'coffee'. You can click on shows which are listed in each of these categories to 'subscribe'.
If the podcast you want to subscribe to is not included in the Juice drop down categories, on the web site of that podcast you can click on their 'RSS Feed' button and copy past the URL into Juice. The URL might look something like this:
http://www.bbc.co.uk/radio4/history/inourtime/mp3/podcast.xml
Under the subscriptions tab in Juice, click on the 'add new feed' green button with the white cross in it. Paste the URL into the open field and save.
When you are running the Juice software and are connected to the Internet the shows you are subscribed to will automatically download to your computer. Or, on the 'Subscriptions' tab you can hit the green 'Check for new podcasts' button to get the latest content.
Once you've downloaded your subscribed podcasts you can easily transfer these mp3 files to your iPod or mp3 player and you can listen to whatever you want, whenever you want, wherever you want.
Sound good?
